Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship position at PT Phillip Asset Management in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Customer Relationship role involves tasks such as ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, effective communication, opening new market opportunities, identifying new sales prospects or selling products as well, and etc.

Qualifications :

•  Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support skills
•  Effective Communication skills
•  Analytical Skills, Having Knowledge about Capital Market
•  Proactive, result-oriented
•  Ability to work well independently or in a team environment
•  Have knowledge of financial products and services is a plus
•  Having WAPERD / WPPE-P License is a plus
•  Fresh Graduates, Bachelor's degree in all major are welcome to apply
